How it Works:
The Ecolink Z-Wave Plus Flood/Freeze Sensor with Probe, Gen5, comprises a sensor and a water detection unit. While the sensor is mounted on a vertical surface, the water detection unit can be placed on the floor or mounted on a wall to detect rising water levels. Upon detecting water, the sensor transmits the information to the control panel, which then sends you email or text alerts, keeping you informed about the situation.
